The shop packs it
The shop accepts and packs your order. If something has run out, you're refunded automatically before the bag is sealed.

A runner brings it
A vetted local runner collects the sealed bag and delivers it to your gate. Give them your delivery code, and that's it.

Questions
Good to know.
Which currency do you use?
All prices are in US dollars, and you pay in US dollars by mobile money or card. We plan to add ZiG payments later.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Not at launch. Paying upfront keeps runners safe and means shops are paid the moment your order is collected.
What if the shop has run out of something?
The shop marks it as out of stock while packing, and that item is refunded automatically to the wallet or card you paid with.
Can I order for my family from abroad?
Yes. Choose "Send to family", enter their address and phone number, and pay by Visa or Mastercard. They get a delivery code by SMS, and you get a photo when it's delivered.
Where do you deliver?
We're starting with suburbs in Harare, including Mount Pleasant, Avondale, Borrowdale, Greendale and Msasa Park, and adding more areas every month.
When are shops paid?
As soon as the shop enters the runner's pickup code, Mhanyr sends the money, minus 10% commission, to the shop's mobile wallet or bank.
